Coolstone is pleased to announce the recent completion of the brand identity and signage package for Saxe Apartments in Ravenna, Seattle. This mixed-use apartment building has contributed to the revitalized spirit of the neighborhood. The sales literature (brochure cover shown above) features a unique folding structure that opens outward to reveal floorplan cut-sheets, building and neighborhood amenities, as well as lifestyle photos. The back panel of the brochure reflects upon the history of the owner's family and shares the SAXE Floral & Greenhouses story. Both the internal and external signage extends the brand elements consistently and effectively.
